Japan plans to fully produce electric vehicles around 2050

According to the new strategy proposed by the Japanese government, by 2050, all car manufacturers in the country will turn to electric vehicles.

Sources told NHK that Japanese industrial officials are considering a strategy to sell all of Japan's electric, fuel cell and hybrid vehicles around the world by 2050, and they hope to reduce it by 90 in 2010. % of vehicle exhaust emissions.

This strategy is in line with the global trend of phasing out fossil fuel vehicles. China and France, which are affected by this trend, have now set a goal of promoting electric vehicles.

At the same time, the Japanese government is urging relevant industries and academia to work together to develop next-generation batteries, engines and other related technologies to prepare for this transformation.

The new strategy is likely to be adopted later this month.
